Yes. Before your ceremony and up to two months prior, you can purchase a Vermont marriage license. It must be presented to the officiant before your marriage is performed. Marriage licenses are void after 60 days

Special authorization can be granted for priests, rabbis, or ministers from another state to perform your ceremony.
